World peace starts at home. A signature is a public commitment to protecting our neighborhoods, our youth, and our families through compassion, conflict resolution, and mutual respect.

1-Day Peace Event Structure
Goal: Visibility, shared experience, emotional buy-in, and momentum
Best for: First-time events, pilot programs, high-tension moments
“From Conflict to Community” (adaptable to local issues)
Morning — Grounding & Trust (9:00–12:00)
1. Opening Circle (30 min)
- Indigenous land acknowledgment (where appropriate)
- Moment of silence or music (local artist)
- Clear statement: why this city, why now
2. Community Truth Panels (90 min)
Short, real stories (8–10 min each) from:
- Millennials voices
- Formerly incarcerated residents
- Activists / organizers
- Local workers (teachers, nurses, transit, etc.)
Rule: No speeches, no politicians talking at people.
Midday — Shared Humanity (12:00–2:00)
3. Community Meal or Food Fair
- Local vendors / mutual aid kitchens
- Mixed seating (no VIPs)
- Table prompts like:
“What does safety mean to you?”
4. Art for Peace Activation
- Live mural or chalk wall
- Poetry / spoken word
- “Letters to the City” station
Afternoon — Action & Dialogue (2:00–5:00)

Facilitated small groups:

- Housing & economic dignity

6. Commitments Wall (30 min)

Evening — Unity & Momentum (5:00–8:00)
7. Peace Assembly & Call to Action
- Share key insights from breakouts
- Announce next steps (working groups, follow-up dates)
8. Cultural Close
- Music, candlelight walk, or community procession
- End with hope, not instructions
